This past summer, many Godwin students and staff traveled all around the globe.
After school was over and students were off on summer vacation Godwin boys’ soccer was still on their journey for a state championship. The Saturday after final exams the team made the trip down I-95 to Lake Braddock High School to face Albermarle in the state semifinals.
When Mark Seidenberg took over as the head coach of the girls tennis program here at Godwin in 1994, the school had only one state championship. Since Seidenberg began his campaign, 10 more state championships have been won.
